Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account. VIP Win reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on the VIP Win platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals are subject to account verification. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to provide identity verification documents. VIP Win reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, breach of these terms, or incomplete verification.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. Transaction fees, if any, will be communicated to you before you confirm the transaction. VIP Win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Funds deposited into your vip win account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy

Account Suspension and Closure: VIP Win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, identity verification failure, or inactivity over an extended period. In the event of account closure, any verified balance may be returned to the account holder following a compliance review. Balances associated with accounts closed due to terms violations may be forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Content, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the VIP Win platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of VIP Win or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Services: The platform may reference or link to third-party services, payment processors, or game providers. VIP Win does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. References to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement.
Changes to These Terms: VIP Win may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
